Agim is the dynamic owner of the exclusive Agim Salon, located in Indian Wells, California. Twenty two years in the hair care industry, Agim has successfully built the foundations of his empire overseeing his salon and acquiring up an impressive list of clients. What is more, in 1997 he launched fifth element, a revolutionary hair care line,and in 2010 fifth element makeup. Born in Detroit, Michigan, of Albanian descent, this third-generation style-maker was born with a knack for hair. "Its in our blood" he explains. "Hair has always interested me - and I love to see confidence grow due to an amazing haircut." Schooled in the Dessange technique, the French technique of controlled cutting, Agim studies each client's personality, lifestyle and facial structure to create the right look.

He customizes each cut, while meticulously creating an edgy, yet proportionate style that compliments each client's uniqueness. Keeping a woman's personal hairstyling skills in mind since Agim can't always be on call for touch-ups. He prides himself on delivering an easily-styled, natural-look with minimal structure. Agim began his styling career at the Jose' Eber Salon in 1989, gaining knowledge and skill from the man behind Farrah Fawcett's feathered look.

After absorbing a wealth of knowledge in Beverly Hills, he eventually moved onto the famed Frederick Fekkai Salon in New York City where he worked closely with Mr. Fekkai before breaking free from the corporate reigns to become a hair care entrepreneur.

This seasoned pro's work has been seen on the head's of the widest conceivable range of celebrities including Paula Abdul, Cindy Crawford and Rosaro Dawson. His confidence-enhancing styles have been viewed on the pages of fashion magazines, the runways of  Armani and even on an Oprah Winfrey Show makeover.
